How to control Digger wasp

CONTROL: Digger wasps are beneficial wasps by helping to control scarab larvae in lawns. If control is desired, then the lawn can be lightly treated with an appropriately labeled pyrethroid to discourage the adults. Long term control involves treating the lawn to get rid of the beetle larvae/grubs; be aware that this requires the applicator to have a lawn and ornamental license in many states.
