Killfireants Pest Control – Our General Returns Policy
Most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Killfireants.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less any substantiated or standard shipping and handling charges incurred from us or our manufacturer. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There may be exceptions, please verify that all conditions of sale are satisfactory before ordering.
RA Number is required for any return – No Exceptions!
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of you giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the normal transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you by return e-mail of your refund once we have determined and processed the returned item.
Any item (s) that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund as determined solely by our shipping department. If any questions arise, please ask us to clarify the inquiry before placing your order.
Items that are Not Returnable
Killfireants.com does not accept returns of the following items:
• Any opened product or item that is gas-powered or contain pressuriozed gases used as propellents. (These items will say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.)
• Any product missing any part of the label or serial number or UPC.
• Gift certificates.
• Items purchased from sellers other than Killfireants.com.
• )
Partial Refunds
No Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
• Any chemical or product that is considered consumable in the course of its use to control insects or prganisms.
• In no case shall any return be authorized that is over 30 days after receipt.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any opened container or item packaged individually. If opened, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Any item that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
