I just wanted to thank you for all of the information that you shared with me today, and I want to let you know how much of a help you were in my time of need. As I mentioned earlier during our conversation, when I was removing our Christmas paraphernalia from my attached garage attic, I discovered what I suspected might be traces of termite infestation in several of the roofing beams. While I really didn't have any knowledge about termites other than hearing that a pile of sawdust around wood was a sign to look out for, I found a gritty residue that aroused my curiosity. After doing some research on the Internet, I was pretty convinced that there was a good probability that it was indeed termites that left the residue. Larry B. Corpus Christi, TX - Now my home is safe! The FirstLine termite system you sent was just the thing I need to kill those termites that were having a feast on my house. They found the bait two weeks later and I put the active bait in just like you said. They took two tubes of the bait before they quit eating the bait...just like you said. Now they have been silent for over 5 months. I know I will have to continue baiting so long as I own my house, but do you think they will be back? I believe I want to buy some more monitor stations so I can protect my barn too.
I am sending another sample of bug for you to identify for me. This one was chewing up my fascia board under the water gutter. What do you think it is? 4-18-00

That doesn't happen too often. The material you provided the correct information on is absolutely the best material I have ever used to control roaches. Richard V. Tulsa, OK - The package of Roach bait you sent was enough to treat my kitchen and whole house for the roaches I had in the kitchen. They disappeared two days after I started to put the bait out and haven't come back since over two months now. I baited outside like you suggested with the PVC tubes and that has really stopped the large roaches from coming in. Fixing the door weather-stripping helped too! Thanks a lot for your help. Barb Rose Columbia, MO - I found your website one day while trying to find a way to get rid of the roaches we inherited from the previous tenants. We had tried every imaginable product at the local Walmart and the local Westlakes and could not get rid of them. They seemed to get worse the more we tried to get rid of them. I had no hope of ever getting rid of them. I was able to identify what kind of roaches we were dealing with by the pictures on your website and found out that the kind we we were dealing with were German roaches and subsequently very difficult to get rid of.
My husband called and whoever he spoke to was very, very helpful and told us exactly what we needed and how to do it. We ordered Maxforce gel and Flea fix about three weeks ago. I put the gel out in little blobs as instructed and we were not able to keep it out fast enough before it was completely consumed. I am still finding roaches every day and there is a very noticeable decline in the population. I used to open the medicine cabinet and they would fall out. Not anymore!
We have not seen the results from the Flea Fix Growth Regulator yet, but I am happy that roaches are dying in droves from the gel. We are ordering more tomorrow. I finally have hope that we can get rid of these nasty things once and for all. We plan to keep with the six month program as per recommendation by the man we spoke to. "Thank you so much" for being so helpful and for making Maxforce available along with all the information you gave us to help us get rid of these things. We are forever grateful!

You really lifted a big worry plank off of my shoulders; the last thing I need right now is termites. Needless to say, I was really happy to find out they were only flying ants. I followed your advice with the soapy water and managed to eliminate all the ants inside the house.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever find the nest since I had ants in the master bedroom, kitchen, guest room, and around the front door; each grouping appeared isolated from the others. So, I also sprayed a recommended pesticide around the entire parameter of the house. So far, so good; thanks for the timely response!!!
